Gist :Man kills girlfriend for rejecting his marriage proposal in Asia (photos)

It is said that when someone is in love, he or she is capable of doing the unthinkable especially when jilted. Some fall into immediate depression, some are capable of taking their own lives while others may end up in psychiatric homes. A jilted 26-year-old boyfriend has reportedly killed his girlfriend for refusing his marriage proposal before he unsuccessfully tried to end his own life by stabbing himself in the stomach. The young teacher who was identified as Shyngys Bekenov proposed to his 21-year-old Nazerke Bekzhanova who had recently graduated from medical university.

It was reported that the lovebirds were talking for several hours only for her body to be found later in car on the edge of Tasboget a village in Kazakhstan. Sources disclosed that the deceased must have declined the proposal because her parent’s didn’t approve of him. According to the police, Bekenov made use of a knife to cut his woman before trying to take his own life.

He tried killing himself so they can be buried together but unfortunately, his mission was not successful. He is currently detained and receiving treatment in the hospital before being moved to detention.
